Ball AI Teams Coaches and Players Agreement

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for all users of the Ball AI Teams platform, including coaches and players. By joining a team within the app, both parties agree to use the platform respectfully, responsibly, and in alignment with the intended purpose of basketball performance tracking and development. This agreement complements Ball AI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which remain in effect.

• Shared Access: Players understand that their performance data and activity may be accessed by their assigned coach or team administrators.
• Limited Use: Coaches agree to only use shared player data for legitimate training and performance evaluation.
• Parental Consent: Players under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU) must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use Ball AI Teams.
• Data Rights: All users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and local privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive training environment, all users must adhere to the following standards:

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in account suspension or termination.

• No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or threats
• No sharing of inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
• No impersonation or misuse of another user's account
• No unauthorized screenshots or sharing of training data
• Maintain a respectful, supportive tone in all team communication

5. Use of the Platform

• The app is intended for basketball training, skill development, and team management only.
• All users must access the platform using their own account credentials.
• Shared devices must be managed securely to avoid unauthorized access.

6. Termination of Team Access

• Coaches may remove players from their roster at any time, such as at the end of a season or in the case of a policy violation.
• Players may request removal from a team or deactivation of their account at any time by contacting the coach or support@ballai.app.
• Automatic AI, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for any user who violates this agreement or the Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Automatic AI, LLC is not liable for disputes, misconduct, or miscommunication between players and coaches.
• The platform is intended for informational and athletic development purposes only and should not replace medical, educational, or professional training services.
• Coaches are not vetted or certified by Automatic AI, LLC; users assume all responsibility for interactions within the app.

8. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By using Ball AI Teams, both coaches and players acknowledge that they have read and understood this agreement. Use of the app constitutes full acceptance of the terms listed above.
