Our Story

Our CEO Julien Bourgeois grew up in Louisiana putting up shots in the driveway. The reps were there; the budget for trainers, club fees, and pro-grade gear wasn't—and most tracking tech was built for facilities, not everyday athletes.
He started on Apple Watch, learned what blocked adoption, and pivoted hard to the iPhone: same mission, much lower friction. Ball AI is the result—computer vision on the phone you already have, so you can train with just a ball, a hoop, and feedback that used to be out of reach.
Basketball first because it's what this team lives and breathes. The north star is simple: get real training tools into more kids' hands, anywhere they can find a rim.
"If you have the work ethic, you shouldn't need a five-figure setup to prove it."
